How do I join The Landing loyalty program? Joining is free and easy!  There are several ways to sign up:

  • Simply complete the form

  • Download The Landing Dispensary app and sign up there

  • Or, visit any of our locations and scan the QR code in-store, or ask a team member to help you register. 

You'll start earning points immediately with your first purchase.

What are the benefits of joining the loyalty program? Earn cash-back rewards redeemable on your favorite accessories, wearables, and non-cannabis merchandise. • 100 points = $5 reward • 250 points = $15 reward • 500 points = $40 reward • 750 points = $60 reward • 1,000 points = $100 reward

Is there a membership fee? No, our loyalty program is completely free to join and participate in.

Can anyone join the rewards program? Yes! Whether you’re a local or visiting from another state or country, anyone can join the The Landing Loyalty. (Must be an adult 21+ with valid government ID, or 18+ OMMCP Registered Patient with valid government ID to shop at The Landing.)

How do I earn rewards? You earn 1 point for every $1 you spend on eligible purchases. Points are automatically added to your account when you provide your account information at in-store checkout.

What purchases are eligible for points? All products, accessories, and apparel qualify for points. Points are typically not earned on taxes (exclusions will be clearly marked).

How do I redeem rewards? When you reach one of the reward levels you can redeem your rewards upon checkout in the store, simply let your customer experience representative know you have rewards you’d like to use.

How do I see my available rewards?
We make it easy for you to always know your rewards balance with our wallet app! We also drop in special points awards every now and then, and for special occasions (like your birthday!) so the app will help you save money. Plus, you can shop from the app, see your purchase history and member communications, and update your profile information & communication preferences.

If you don’t have the app (links below), you can always ask your budtender about your available rewards when you’re in the store.

Do points expire? 
Points expire after 120 days of inactivity. So as long as you shop at least once every 120 days, your points remain active.
Other special rewards, such as additional discounts, do have expirations that are clearly noted in the wallet.

Why do you need my email address or phone number? Your email address and/or phone number is unique, and helps to easily locate your account to correctly credit your loyalty account with your purchases. When you opt-in to receive marketing messages from us we’ll let you know specials, products, events and other things you may be interested in.

Can I opt-out of receiving marketing messages? You’ll automatically be signed up to receive occasional messages about special discounts, exclusive promotions, events and more. But if you prefer, you can opt out of receiving messages at any time. Although you’ll still be a part of the loyalty program, you’ll miss out on additional benefits that are only communicated via personal messages.

What do you do with my information? Do you share it?
Your information is safe with us. We only use your information to communicate with you and inform you of specials, products, events and other things you may be interested in. We do not share or sell your information to anyone. See program terms and conditions.

Can I use multiple rewards on one purchase? Yes, you can combine multiple rewards.

Can I return items I purchased with rewards? Yes, but the reward value will be deducted from your refund amount, and the points used for that reward will be returned to your account.

How do I check my points balance? You can check your balance by logging into your account online, using our mobile app, or asking a team member in-store.

I made a purchase but didn't receive points. What should I do? First, check that you provided the correct account information at checkout. If points still don't appear within 24 hours, contact us with your receipt and account information, and we'll add the missing points.

I tried to redeem a reward but it didn't work. What happened? Rewards must be redeemed in-store upon checkout.

Can I share or transfer my points to someone else? Points and rewards are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.
