Extracts or concentrates produced without the use of a solvent. Solventless extracts contain no solvents, and none were used in its production. Remember solvent-free isn’t the same as solventless.

Purchasing Limits

Ohio has separate purchase limits for adult-use customers and registered medical cannabis patients.

Adult-Use (21+): Up to 2.5 oz of plant material and cannabis products totaling up to 15,000 mg THC per day.

​

Medical Patients: Different purchase and possession limits apply, including bulk-purchase allowances for registered patients, subject to physician instructions and medical-program limits.
